We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanaimo. It’s close to the downtown, parking is on a first come first served basis in an an underground lot, but we found there was enough. Rooms were clean, decently sized, and the bed was comfy and well made. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and newly renovated. It had a feeling of cleanliness and care. The bed was a little small for what was supposed to be a queen size. It was comfortable and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious, all equipment/appliances operated well. Bed was comfortable with an arrangement of pillows. The bathroom fixtures were in good working order, clean and the hot water was great. AC worked well, the Wifi was good, staff was amazing, will stay here again for future work trips. Only down side was limited parking spots in parkade beneath, but its not a major deal breaker as street parking was available when we visited.

Staff were excellent. Linen/ room servicing was only provided every 3 days. We didn't know that until we checked out. Bathroom needs towel bars. The restaurant had a 15 to 20 minute wait in the morning. Understandable as the hotel was full Overall we were comfortable.
