"This is a "hotel" renting rooms in a condominium complex. The room I had was nice, functional kitchen, full sized fridge and everything you need for a longer stay. Great view of Sand Island. Living room didn't have a window, but bedroom had a lot b if natural light and huge windows. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to Queen's Hospital and downtown offices. Some homeless crazies in the area, but fine during the day and seems safe in the immediate area...

During the evenings there were a few food trucks parked at the front of the hotel where you can grab a quick bite to eat if you don’t want to drive. There’s a Starbucks and Raising Canes next door. "
