"We were doing a late checkin, but after multiple calls and emails they wouldnt give us the checkin details. So had to take a extra days leave just to reach before 7pm. We stayed on one of the hottest days in Nancy, temperatures were around 39 degrees and we didnt know they dont have airco and no proper ventillation, we were cooked. "Excitement turned to MISERY on arrival. Told there was a luggage drop. No. Only if you stop on a busy street. Joffre Garage a 10-15 minute walk past junkies and beggars. Reception said this was normal . .. we only saw it around the hotel. Elevator fits one normal sized person and bag, or two people. Our room was miniature, requiring us to walk at an angle at the foot of the bed to get to the bathroom. Reception was ambivalent, likely hear this daily.
