Cari Kastel di Nandaime

"First, El Guayacán is NOT located in Granada. It is in Valle de la Laguna, about 30 minutes outside Granada. This misleading location information disrupted our itinerary and travel plans. We booked a 3-night stay, but the experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the price per night: Wi-Fi: Virtually nonexistent / unreliable. A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly). Essentially, you are...

"Our stay in the property was amazing, spectacular views and delicious food!!!"

"No había agua caliente No ponen vasos ni una botella con agua para tomar La puerta de la habitación no ajusta bien hace ruido con el viento No había shampoo, ni jabón en el baño. No hay aire acondicionado solo un ventilador de techo que hace ruido al ponerlo con más intensidad. Reservamos la mejor habitación (por el costo) pensando en tener más comodidad y mejor confort, pero no fue lo que esperábamos. EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE La administración necesita más conocimiento de servicios de...

"The entire staff was 100% helpful and always courteous, always asked how we were doing and breakfast are delicious..clean rooms,.location is perfect."

"Es rústico y así tiene que ser. Pero es un lugar que le hace falta un poco de amor."

"This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place."

"Able to enjoy nature "

"This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it."

"Getting to the place can be a bit tricky; the team was absolutely amazing and kind. I can't say enough great things about Eric and Francisco. I connected with Juan Carlos and was very kind and helpful. The views are breathtaking. The venue and rooms are accurately depicted and reflection of Nicaragua's essence. Breakfast was yummy! I totally recommend visiting."

"La propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada ,muchas áreas verdes, cuartos muy amplios"

"Family - Friendly"

"Muy bueno el hostal"

"Terrible experience — I do not recommend this hotel. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $20 charge because my reservation was for one person and my husband was with me. They agreed to $10, which I paid. The bigger issue was that they then demanded I pay for the room again in cash, even though I had already paid through Expedia. I showed them my Expedia confirmation, receipt, and my card statement showing the payment had...
