"Our stay here was lovely. We walked everywhere, 10 minutes from our favourite bay we visited while on Koh Toa (Jansom Bay), and the hotel is right on the beach! My one complaint is that our room was not in the regular hotel complex, it is across the street and was next to an extreamly noisy bar. As someone who is a very light sleeper and not a partier, I found it incredibly difficult to sleep before 12am. I would say if you are sensitive to noise, try to request a room closer to the pool, not...

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. "Terrible place. Extremely noisy and very rude staff. There is a Rooster right next to the rooms which crows very loud starting at 03:30am all the way until 06:00am making it impossible to rest. Do NOT stay in this place it’s terrible. "

"Basic but clean room in great location. It’s a 2 star hotel so perfectly adequate accommodation for the price. Rooms cleaned daily. Swimming pool is a plus.
