"★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth for our family from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Shanghai! Brand new building just started service last year, high tech in the room, once you walk in the room everything is voice controlled, including curtain, TV, aircon , lights and phone etc, the system can recognise my voice in English and Chinese, so nice! The toilet is auto fancy one too! The room is Riverview, and downstairs are hundreds of popular restaurants there, so convenient! I have to extend my stay from 3 days to 30 days just because I love here so much 😄😄😄 And the price is so good too as I’m paying in Au dollars, hahaha… so lucky i found this place! Also, the hotel staff is super nice too, so patient and kind to deal with all of my requests! "

"Welcome to Pullman down to China standards: the door staff would only help you 1 time out of 3 with the luggage or the door, your non-smoking room will smell like an hash tray to the point that even your pillow and bedsheets will stink. And finally they will charge you an extremely ridiculous 200 CNY for a breakfast."
