"Beware of the Westin. They canceled my reservation and didn't notify me till I reached there and tried to check in. When they tried booking me at a different hotel, the other hotel initially didn't provide an equivalent room. The other hotel also had maintenance issues (I know that's not the Westin Hotel's fault), but overall, the quality of the room we ended up in was not even close to what we were expecting when we originally booked our room. When I made my reservation, there were multiple rooms available, but when I checked in, they said they were overbooked by 4 rooms, and it was my fault for making the reservation through Expedia."
