"First of all the check in and out process may sound easy but it was impossible to find my place without someone’s help and MORE IMPOSSIBLE to open the lock box. Spiders everywhere, I kept taking them outside and I would see a new one. I left with 5+ spider bites. The toliet literally broke and starting FLOODING the bathroom, I went to turn the valve off and it was completely broken off. They sent me 3 pictures of a valve and told me to shut it off after i REPEATED that it is broken. Luckily I was able to stop the toliet from refilling which stopped the serious flooding, but if I wasn’t a quick thinker they’re whole room, maybe even floor could of been flooded and it could of ran up a hefty water bill. Instead of being grateful to me for stopping what could have been a serious issue. They sucked at communication, it took forever to the point I missed already paid for wine tastings and they kept saying “ you won’t miss anything” like as if you know what my schedule looks like. Super overwhelmed and irritated I asked to switch to another room and they made it such a problem and they never did switch me. I waited 5 hours to pee because I had to be there to wait for the plumber. Truly an awful experience. Beautiful property but stay with someone else. NOT THIS PLACE."
