"Most lights in our room including patio light did not work. Shuttle that they run to and from downtown Napa was not accommodating. They run one bust and people have to sit on each others laps to make room. It was dangerous and uncomfortable."

Everytime we leave the room and got back in the afternoon, we have to go to the front office to have tgem reactivate the room keys.
