"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"

"Beautiful spot & convenient location. Room was meticulously clean and spacious. The view from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool & marina. Breakfast had fresh fruit and a wide selection of hot food which was replenished frequently by some very hard working staff who never stopped moving the 1/2 hour we were there. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again the next time we are in the Naples area. "

"Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast good as usual. One comment on fitness room: the elliptical handles were covered in duct tape. Functionally, this was okay but appearance-wise it was kind of unprofessional."

"Large apt type room. Seperate king bedroom with a large bureau with plenty of drawers. His and hers sinks with counter/mirrors outside of bathroom. Living room with a sofa /a recliner/ two chairs and a table. Plus another bureau. Two TV's in unit. hotel was full. However convenient parking is always available. Free breakfast was fresh and convenient. Covered all the necessaries, plus we saved money. Pool and deck are very clean and mantained well. Within steps is an Olive Garden with a bar. Food...

"This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. "
