"This is a great hotel with great service & convenient for day tour pick up. It is by the train station so the area is busy. There are good restaurants close by and police around to help address problems typical of a big city. Naples has many diverse neighbourhoods & wonderful waterfront. I walked but I am used to big cities. Great for a short term stay."
"Every single member of the staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was just stunning with the balcony view of the water. Taxi stand are very close and there are many nice restaurants within walking distance. Please note that you have to go down to the desk for a different key if you want to use the gym or pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Pay extra for the water view!"
