Vi boede to nætter på hotellet fra den 9. til 11. oktober og havde et fint ophold. Sengen var meget komfortabel, men sovesofaen var desværre ikke så behagelig. Værelset var rent og hyggeligt. Værten var venlig og svarede altid hurtigt på vores beskeder. Hotellet ligger centralt, tæt på hovedbanegården. Vi følte os dog ikke helt trygge ved at gå i området sent om aftenen, men inde på hotellet var der roligt og trygt. Vi følte os meget velkomne og kan varmt anbefale stedet til andre.

The property was centrally located. They had tea bags, but no way to make hot water. We both had colds and there was no tissue and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and we never saw anyone to ask for more. We had 2 vouchers for coffee down the road and the man had taken both of our vouchers and said we could come back the next day which we couldn’t as we had a tour booked. When we went the next day he wouldn’t honour the voucher we had given him the first time we went… Disappointing 😩😩

O proprietário foi extremamente atencioso e preocupado se estávamos sendo bem atendidos, nos explicando de forma muito didática como era o procedimento de chegada e a localização, a qual está a curta distância da estação de trem, dando pra ir a pé. O quarto era muito bom, bem moderno e com café da manhã incluído a poucos passos do quarto. Super recomendo!

Overall our stay was very good! We added a fourth person to our booking at the last minute and we were accommodated with no issues. We arrived a few hours late to check in but were still met by a staff to help us into the building and our room. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, we were assisted briefly and as best as possible. We would totally stay here again. Thank you for being responsive, friendly and accommodating!!!

Bene facile da raggiungere ambiente pulito silenzioso camera grande accogliente, quartiere come tutti quelli di Napoli però tranquillo tanti ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Esperienza positiva.

This is not a hotel, it is a room. from an apartment in a residential building. There is no reception and they send you some access codes. The room was not cleaned during our stay, which was 5 days / the website said it is daily housekeeping/. The bins were thrown out only once at our request, the towels were changed only once, also at our request, for the sheets we had to pay 10 euros. Breakfast was included, in a street café - croissant and coffee. If you want something else, you have to pay extra. On the last day we missed breakfast because the café was not open, but we were assured that it opens early. We were very misled by the offer on the website. We don't recommend it.

For the price this accommodation is excellent. We were able to check in early, Simone stayed in touch throughout our stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect in Italy. The cafe is just on the next corner easy to find. You can’t miss it. B&B was very easy to find. Communication via email and WhatsApp before arrival was excellent and gave all the details and instructions needed. The security is excellent. We walked everywhere but then we love to find places you wouldn’t normally. With regards to comments about safety, treat Naples like any other city in the world be sensible and you’ll have a great time.

The included “breakfast” was a random cafe near by that gave us 1 espresso and 1 cake. The cafe had even changed its name and was not easy to locate. The bed and breakfast was difficult to find and difficult to get into without sevice and lots of locknumbers and codes.

Absolutely loved staying in this property, and as soon as your enter the accommodation you feel safe and escape the busyness of the streets! It had everything we needed couldn’t recommend it enough! We felt the walk to the centre from where we were was a little unsettling and we saw a pick pocket in action but we still managed to get to everywhere we wanted to get to! Cannot fault where we stayed at all

It was impossible to find. It took 2 hours for us to find the correct apartment and we ended up banging on the doors of the neighbors until 2 young people helped us locate the right place. In the morning we left at 9:30 for breakfast and got back and we were locked out. There was no blanket only a sheet and it was cold. It was the worst experience we ever had in a “hotel”!

Clean and fresh

It was nice, smells fresh and clean. there was netflix, android big tv. at night we didnt get bored. at mornings we have tickets for breakfast ( coffee and croissant) But we had have problem about with our car. (somebody scrach our car, purposely). If you come by car, all parking spaces are paid and not safe. But 30 mt across the way and right 'park primavera' was safe. thank you

The room itself was well furnished and the host was helpful and nice, only the instructions on access to the room could’ve been a bit more clears. Apart from that the location is fairly central, Naples just doesn’t have as much to offer as one might expect and is very dirty.

Perfect stay!

I had an amazing experience and stay at Neapoli-In room. Went with friends. The people managing the property were super helpful, always willing to help and suggest things to do and watch out for. They were cleaning our room every 2 days giving us fresh towels, coffee capsules and water. All you need basically. A free breakfast to a nearby shop was served every day for all people staying which was super handy and delicious. I would definitely go back to this if I will be in Naples again. Highly recommended! Thank you so much guys, thank you Simone!

Bella struttura, comoda alla fermata della metro (stazione Garibaldi) a circa 10 minuti. Locale al terzo piano con ascensore. Ci hanno fatto trovare acqua e bibite nel frigor e caffe, tutto incluso nel servizio. Che dire, consiglio vivamente.
