The room itself was adequate. We had a bit of trouble getting in once we arrived at the property. There were a few things that didn't work upon arrival - the A/C and heating unit remote display was very dim and not easy to operate. The tv remote didn't work - had to have the batteries replaced twice while on our stay. The couch cover had stains on it so bad that we didn't even sit on it. The kitchen was not well organized and the lack of a microwave hurt. It seemed the owner didn't want us around when they were doing room cleaning - the room can be cleaned while we are there - at least that's what we are most used to when we travel. Overall, the pictures on the booking site doesn't represent the room very well. We thought it would be much nicer than it was. Our contact was mostly available by Whatsapp when we had questions or needed something. I would still recommend the room as it does offer good value.

We had a nice stay at President Suites. Checking in is done via What’s App. The owners communicate quickly with how to get access inside and with recommendations for near by activities. We found the best pizza down in the Spanish corners. The breakfast provided are coupons for a cafe on the corner. The pastries and drinks are fresh. We walked a lot exploring the areas which to some may feel unsafe, just keep your valuables secure to yourself, beware of your surroundings and take taxis at night if you’re feeling uneasy. Overall, we had a great time and used the ferry too for a day trip to Ischia. Thanks for the stay ☺️

Een hele mooie, propere kamer. Het contact met de eigenaars verloopt voornamelijk digitaal, maar ze zijn heel vlot bereikbaar. De B&B ligt in een hele drukke wijk, maar je kan van hieruit wel vlot het centrum bereiken.

The room was clean and updated. But it was also very noisy from the streets outside. Its tough to sleep. The heating unit and small fridge was loud as well. The shared kitchen has a larger fridge and a kettle but you cannot use the stove so its not really like an airbnb. Dont expect to be able to cook anything or heat anything up. It's also un-staffed and the neighbours are locals so its not a hotel. The area that is located in unfortunately is unsafe and we were attempted to be robbed twice in 5 days. Once at night quite aggressively and once down the street at Garibaldi square at 11am which involved police. Not a great experience in Napoli, not the fault of the Suites at all, but you must know this area of Napoli has a reputation. We didnt know. We didnt like the breakfast located at a cafe on the corner, and the offerings were not like a breakfast at all. One item is available for food and the choice is usually like a donut, pizza bun or croissant. Also the people working there were not very friendly to us. However after i let the owner know how we felt they did their best to speak to the Cafe owner but we didn't go back for the breakfast for the last 2 days and ended up buying our own somewhere else. So its not really like a B&B either as i wouldn't classify whats offered to be a "breakfast". They offered to have our room cleaned but we declined during our stay. They checked in to see if we needed anything and we got some fresh towels without issue.

Clean and convenient room. Cafe downstairs offered a wide variety of breakfast options. Self check-in was easy and the staff were incredibly helpful, answering questions and giving recommendations throughout the stay. The street which the building is on can be rather noisy, but the room is well insulated, so we weren’t bothered by the noise.

Ett trevligt rent rum som var lite för lyhört. Både mellan rummen och utifrån. Frukosten fick man på ett närliggande café där du fick välja mellan ett sött eller salt bakverk och färskpressad juice eller någon caffesort.

The room was clean, very safe and easy to access. They have an elevator. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many nice little shops and I felt at home walking around. The staff was very responsive and helped me easily check in and check out. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small kitchen where you can use a fridge and make a coffee. Nice people and a great place! Only a few rooms and it was in an apartment building which I loved. Definitely a boutique feeling!

This was a nice spot. Simple and affordable. Nothing fancy but served our need for a 2 night stay. It is about 10 minute walk to subway. On a busy street but very quiet inside. There is shared kitchen area but no microwave or stove. We didn't need to use the kitchen, but I am not sure it would be useful beyond very basic purpose. The AC worked well and the space seemed clean enough. The bed was fine but the pillows were thin and there was no real blanket on the bed. I need something with some weight when I sleep so that was disappointing. They give a card for coffee and pastry at the cafe downstairs each day which is very nice. We didn't realize it was for each day so we only used it once and when we ordered a second coffee the cafe didn't honor the second card! But I think it's nice that they do this. We needed the elevator so that was a good amenity. The check in process and building access was easy. The area might be a little gritty for some, depends on your experience and expectations. We walked during the day and night and were fine.

The room was good for a short stay. The manager was easy to deal with over WhatsApp, responsive, and booked us a cab to the airport the next morning. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and we found a good nearby locals restaurant. Breakfast was provided at the cafe next door which was nice. The apartment was noisy. It would have been nice to have shampoo and more blankets (minor misses).

I only stayed here on the last night of my Italian trip, mostly I will admit because of its relative proximity to the airport. SO I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel or in the neighborhood. It's kind of a bare bones operation - the room itself is minimally furnished with IKEA furniture, and there is no staff on site at all, at least that I saw. All communication was through Whatsapp, and the person on the other end was very responsive, but getting into the property required a number of steps, and a pretty serious walkthrough, which would not have been possible if my cell service had not been great - which was the case elsewhere in Italy. It was basically an Airbnb. But we made it in relatively easy. The common areas of the apartment building are not in super great shape. An ancient door, a tiny elevator which has seen better days, a stairway I didn't really want to try out. But the room itself, while spartan, was clean and in good shape. And the bathroom looked pretty new, and was easily the best one we had in our whole trip. This was our second stay in Naples on our way through, and this stay was much better than our first. Although I didn't get to see too much of the city, my impression of Naples is that it's a bit rough around the edges. But I liked this neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants, well lit at night, lots of families and dog walkers out and about at night. And it was a very short ride to the airport in the morning.
