We arrived @ the train station & walked to hotel. The area is dirty with garbage & homeless people. However the block hotel is located much improved with high end stores across street . We upgraded to junior suite. It was spacious with balcony. No real views but very nice. I would suggest wine glasses, tissues & hand soap in room. Breakfast was fine with scrambled eggs thst were good. Great one night stay.

Location is so convenient that I stay at this hotel at least one night when visiting Naples. No frills, but right next to the central station, there’s my favorite restaurant “oggi, Ieri, D’omani” across the street. However, AC was not functioning on the second floor on the early hours when I was packing my luggage. The guy at the front desk tried to fix it, but he didn’t succeed, so we were without AC in the hot room for over four hours.

The location was perfect for our one night stay before heading to the Amalfi coast for the week. It was a flat €25 taxi ride from the airport, about 15 minutes. Property was very clean, easy to find and check in. Our room was clean/perfect, with adequate space. Was what we expected. Mini bar was a plus to enjoy a cold drink before going to bed (they do charge for those, at check out - we paid for that and the city tax in cash when leaving.) The coffee shop attached to the hotel was not serving food when we needed dinner, but they recommended a restaurant right around the corner which was excellent! Go to Oggi e Domani if you stay here, you won’t be disappointed, and it is SO close.

tout le personnel de la réception est adorable et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est moyen, la localisation parfaite pour se déplacer dans les transports, pas senti d'insécurité entre l'hôtel et la gare, mais la chambre assez grande est triste, déco minimaliste, dommage

This is a convenient and clean place to stay. We stayed here six years ago when it was newly renovated. Upon returning, we could see the wear and tear on it. It does the job if you want to be central to the train or the airport. Also, there are not a lot of good options in this part of Naples. The staff is helpful.

Overall, a great stay (clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a good shower) and convenient to the train station. The only complaint is that it is not close to the old town of Naples, and you have to walk through some seedy, not-so-nice parts of town to reach the tourist attractions and the city center. We ended up taking a taxi when it was dark to be safe.

The lady manning reception spoke excellent English and she was very welcoming and efficient. The air con had a problem but she offered to move me to another room and she gave me lots of great advice. I also liked the waiter in the bar downstairs. Unfortunately, it closed at 8 pm every night.

Close to the Napoli Centrale train station. Beds were a little hard but that seems to be most in Italy! Breakfast is included which was really good! AC is controlled and set at front desk so you have to call to have it reset. Morning staff was not as helpful. Wonderful cafe attached near entrance. The location however was a little scary getting to at night and we saw many people sleeping on sidewalks.
