"The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The host gave us coffee, water, juices, and breakfast items and was very accommodating and communicative. The view from the room was gorgeous. It was hard getting places such as stores and restaurants at after 7pm as the busses only ran until then. Other than that, stunning place and views."

This hotel offered to book a taxi for us from our other hotel in Positano, and we accepted not knowing that we would be dropped off at a different hotel that is a 5 minute walk away through lots of stairs. So after drop-off, we had to then choose either to pay an additional 30 euro fee to hire a porter service or carry our heavy suitcases ourselves (which was not communicated ahead of the reservation). "This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. I am having a tooth-ache, and Francesco (sp) actually called his own dentist to help us out. Obviously, I can't say enough about our blessed...
