"This hotel does the trick but I probably would look to staying elsewhere next time we visit Kelowna to have the comforts and space and an outdoor pool. The Lobby and staff are very nice. Rooms were okay, beds are okay, bathroom was underwhelming and kind of small and dated. We had a balcony suite but only came with 2 Queen beds, no king suites come with a balcony. Balcony was tiny with 2 little chairs so wasn’t worth taking queen beds over a king bed with no balcony for the amount of time we spent out there due to lack of space and views and noise of a busy street."

"The staff were incredible… very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help. There was a continental breakfast that was not very good .. enough options and enough food but the quality was low. Location was good, very clean, so overall we were happy with our stay"
