"Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request. "

"When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. A man barged right into my room to search for the remote… I was alone in my pyjamas. Even though I kept saying I had already looked everywhere, he continued going through the room and my things. It made me really uncomfortable. Finally to get him out I ended up suggesting we just grab a remote from...

"The room was clean. However, a couple of bathroom floor tiles were cracked/chipped. There were no info guides in the room to indicate how to use the tv, pool hours, location of vending/ice machines etc. The soft drink vending machine was inoperable for the 3 days we were there ... always sold out and no effort to restock it. As mentioned, the tv was frustrating to use. There was no channel guide and it turned out very little selection."
