"Staff are super friendly. Great location, close to lake beaches, cherry farms, wineries and Penticton. The family suite has perfect layout for a big family or a group of friends. We're 3 families and reserved two family suites. The staff kindly removed the wall in between the two suites and made it one huge suite. "We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!"

"We had to wait over 2.5 hours past check-in for our room because it was still being cleaned, and the front desk didn't even apologize. Once inside, the sofa bed was broken, hard to open, and very uncomfortable. Because of the poor service and bad maintenance, I would not recommend this place and will not return."

"Liked: Friendly host, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good kitchen and coffee facilities in the common room, great view of the lake. Tasty breakfast. Not great: some traffic noise while sitting outside looking at the lake (can’t hear it in the room) I would book again."

"We booked a kitchenette. The unit we got had the bare essentials (a heat plate with limited cookware and cutlery and no stove). Our travel companions paid $20 less per night for an actual kitchette, with a balcony beside the pool, as well as an actual stove."
