"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup.

"値段から考えて多分地域内で一番良いホテルなんだろうから、色々言っても仕方ない気もする。が、要するに田舎の三ツ星クラスのホテル。
入口やロビーはしょぼいが、部屋はとても広いし使いやすい。部屋内に金庫がなく少し困ったが、清潔である。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみ。
併設されたレストランは良く、値段もそれほど高くない。
ショッピングセンターの１Fに位置しているので、細々としたものを買うのも便利。
一点だけ問題は、隣のライブハウスからの騒音がもれなくホテル全体に響き渡り、非常にうるさいこと。
何時までこの騒音は続くのか？とフロントに訊くと2130まで、と答える。
実際にそのくらいの時間で止んだから、良かったが。"
