Breakfast is not cooked, but the choices and quality of foods will leave you well satiated. Chris and Lisa are chock full of information to get you started on your visit to Carcassonne, including area restaurant choices. Full marks all round, a real gem."

The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."
