"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Great for my purpose not needing to go to the center of the old town 20 mins away. So close to the airport and to my storage facility. A great supermarket close by and a lovely breakfast provided."

"I loved this place! Very cool environment from the lobby settings to the rooftop pool. A walkable distance from the train station and only a 20 minute walk from Duomo. If I ever return to Florence I will definitely be staying at the Social Hub again!"

"Great location and property. Valet parking makes entering/exiting the ZTL easy (for a price). Breakfast offering is nice, with coffee/tea/cookies offered all day in the common area. We have stayed before and would return. Staff have always been welcoming and knowledgeable."

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"This is a very busy hotel. The breakfast was big but not the best of the food. There is a lot of construction and we had to take taxis a lot. You can easily walk the river. The elevators are tiny, but the room was very nice and clean."

"When we got there , only take 3 minutes for check in process..the staff were very helpful and nice. We travel with young children ...and they really enjoy staying at this hotel...great space"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...
