"What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "

"This was not a four-star property. The room was extremely dirty. I found dust and other people’s hair all over the room. The walls were in terrible condition with marks and scuffs and damage. Overall, I was very disappointed."

"Fantastic place to stay! Just around the corner from the Accademia. Short walk to the Duomo. Hotel itself is beautiful and full of nice touches: prosecco in the evening, excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with good coffee. The rooms are stunning. I had a beautiful view of the rooftops. Excellent AC system kept the room a good temperature. Comfortable bed. Good closet space. The bathroom was gorgeous - the light up mirror was perfect for doing makeup. The bowls of lemon candies throughout...
