"The staff went above and beyond to order a taxi so I can retrieve my luggage from another pickup spot. I want to give them my gratitude for providing me excellent customer service!!! Complimentary breakfast is included in your stay. The breakfast was exceptional 👍"

The Hedistar Hotel Narita
"They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases."
