Great hotel but horrible beds! Uncomfortable and hard. Price of restaurants which seems to be a problem in Japan anyway was atrocious for quality. Staff was incredibly helpful and makes up for the downside but pricing was disappointing overall for food!

They were super polite. Check in and out was fast. And they gave you directions if needed. Super clean. The staff was always greeting you whenever they saw you at all times. Would totally stay here.
