"This is a small second generation family owned motel with owners on site. Newly remodeled bathroom, a very comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure and about 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. We found it a nice change of pace from larger units requiring elevators, distant parking, and hassles of chain hotels."

"The hotel experience overall was great, friendly staff. The only things I noticed was the deadbolt for the room was not aligned to the door, meaning it couldnt be used. Not a big deal, but just seems like a security concern more than anything. They have a soda machine outside and half the products were out or stock. Also the door for our bathroom was so mis-aligned the door would bot close. Outside of this, the rest of the experience was fine. And my wife and I enjoyed how close this was to the beach."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Break Hotel. Due to the weather we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities such as the pool, but would definitely stay here again- the property is clean and the roof top bar is a nice place to unwind. Breakfast was great too."
