I am torn by this review. The location is awesome. The hotel is not good. Needs painting, a deep cleaning. We had several issues with the toilet during our stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Island House Newport
Island House Newport was absolutely perfect. It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, it truly feels like a home. Oceancliff Resort I & II
The suite was great. Esp fireplace. The hot tub and pool area was okay but water was chilly and there were several teens present with minimal supervision
