"We recently stayed at this hotel for a beach getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We loved the heated bathroom floors, which felt amazing in the mornings, and the fireplace made chilly evenings feel cozy and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding. Guests are provided with reusable to-go cups and straws, a complimentary beach bag with the hotel logo, and unlimited access to filtered water stations...

"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "

"The exercise room was below standard. Very small, with three machines. There was No exercise bench, so I had to workout on the floor. No towels available until I asked for some at the front desk. A water cooler, but no water jug in it. The weights were very old and rusty. No 5 or 10 lb, and only one 15 lb. The weight rack was very old and rust also."

"Staff was super helpful, BUT my dog was barking when they were cleaning the rooms, he was barking, hearing the noise which is expected, and I got a text about it. It's supposed to be pet friendly and barking with noise in the hallway which I warmed the staff about already was my only gripe"

"I travelled with my husband and two older teenage children. It was our first stay in Newport. The inn has an excellent location, amazing views, great rooms, and excellent/helpful staff. There is a parking in front of the inn and the property serves continental breakfast and cookies and coffee in the afternoon. I definitely recommend it!"
