Towels haven’t be upgraded since 1968, if you enjoy the company of flys this is the motel for you! Spider webs assisted the fly screen in the bathroom, the best part was driving away.

Check in was easy. They rang to check how far away I was. The breakfast I ordered for the next morning was on time, excellent ( it was actually hot mint warm like others I’ve stayed at. ) plus good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Reception cool and unfriendly. The room shabby. The towels grey/brown and very worn. A collection of drink cans a feature. Of the place. The traffic noise one thing, the roudy guests unacceptable. Would spend the money and upgrade next time.

The property was very well presented & Ann Margret was a very friendly person. The room we had was rather small but tidy. The bathroom / toilet area was VERY - VERY small, you could not open the door all the way as it would hit the toilet, the same as the hand basin area was also very small. I would imagine other rooms having more space. My wife has mobility problems so I requested a ground floor room which we was supplied. Going from the bedroom which has carpet into the washroom area that has a tiled floor; there's a metal strip on the floor dividing the two areas, the metal strip is about 10/12 mm above the carpet. My 79 YO wife tripped on several times, so i placed the bathmat across the metal strip. We ordered dinner from the menu that was delivered to our room & it was very tasty well presented. I am also in my 70's so was a little bit disappointed when there was no parking near our room & so had too our luggage about 50 Mt's down a pathway around the pool to our room. We had not stayed in Narrandera before so did not realise we were located on the side of a little hill & the road noise from all the trucks going up & down kept us (being light sleeper with our medical problems) didn't get mush sleep, so when daybreak came about 6 am we got ready & left. The managers /owners ?? were very friendly. I had book this trip in a bit of a hurry due to a tragedy within the family & if i had more time to look i would not have gone here.

When you book online they cannot explain the layout of the property. If you have special requests book direct and we can make sure you receive the room type you require. We have bigger rooms straight ahead from reception where you can park directly in front. Thanks for staying with us. Anne

The tree is huge and stunning. The bed and facilities were great given it was a budget place, although I have never understood why there’s a toaster but no plates and knives
