"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"Great location. Nice size room especially the bathroom which was great for my cousin and I to get ready at the same time. Room was clean although I think they could do a better job making the beds. One duvet was wrong side up and quite sloppily put together. The front desk clerks were nice and the staff checked in on day two via text message which is really helpful for any issues and continuity with any issues. "This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...
