"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Downtown Boston. Great location, lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was perfect with large shower and extremely comfortable beds. We came back to our room at about midnight and discovered the sockets were not working so we couldn't charge our phones etc. One quick call to reception and they were fixed within about 2 or 3 minutes."

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."

"Aesthetically the property is very nice . Location is very far from public transport. It is close walking distance to many restaurants The breakfast was ok not so many options compared to other chain hotels . The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . So We had to sit inside The beds were not comfortable the mattress was very soft and sloped and the pillows not comfortable and for it being a fairly new hotel the furniture was...

"The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. We were able to check in early with no issue. The room was spacious and clean and I love that the hotel offers cruelty-free bathroom products. Even though we didn't have a chance to use it since we were only one night, we LOVED having a DVD/VCR in our room with the giant selection of DVDs and VCR tapes in the lobby to select from. What a fun treat! The hotel is very close to many tourist attractions in Boston. We will definitely stay again. ...
