"Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"Excellent property that is centrally located in Beacon Hill. Amazing staff and the rooms were very clean. Try taking one of their complimentary bikes out for a ride!"

"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C was very cold, liked the pillow, had bathrobes, ironing board and iron for guest use. Big bathroom with a tub."

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"Very well maintained property right on the harbor. Upgraded to corner room with wonderful views, despite rainy weather. Free shuttle from airport that runs 24 hrs by request. Complimentary cup of delicious chowder! Ate pre-concert dinner at the restaurant, well priced and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel!"
