"Stellar staff, immaculate, even the sheets smelled fantastic!"

"The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"

"Swimming pool closed for maintenance. Elevators were not functioning and in spite of begging for a room on the first floor, we were sent to the third floor! We advised them I have two torn meniscus and my husband also has ligament issue with his left knee, but to no avail. *****The cleaning staff was excellent, especially Legna, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure all was well with us. The young lady at the dining room was also excellent! *****KUDOS TO THOSE TWO! "

"Overall a pretty poorly kept hotel. The room was technically clean but definitely worn down, holes in the carpet, chipped paint, etc. I walked out into the hallway at one point and there was water leaking from the ceiling in multiple places. The thermostat does not work so the rooms are saunas with no way to adjust. Front desk staff was polite but never around so if you need something be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for assistance. There are definitely better options around for...

"Room was ok, was going to have breakfast, 3 homeless men where there having breakfast, the smell was not good, we walked out went to a diner for breakfast."

"The room was still dirty, sheets were heavily stained and soiled. The beds were not put together properly (fitted sheet and flat sheet only on beds, no blankets of any sort) and one pillow per bed. One of the pillows had dried blood on it. Phone did not work, no batteries in the remote, AC smelled musty and gross when the air was turned on. We left immediately after checking in. "

"I love this place. I travel a lot and this is my go to when I’m in Seekonk. Housekeeping does a great job presenting the rooms and the origami and bed set up is so cute. Always very clean and super comfortable. The main lady at the front desk ( I wish I got her name) is cool and I like her sense of humor. Shes always really nice every time I come stay. Just a great place all around. The owner and staff deserves all the credit they can get. Thank you again for the pride you take in your business....
