"The only thing this place has is proximity to Sudbury. The door was warped and had a 3” space at the bottom so mice could get in. So obvious that they tried to fix it and couldn’t. Broken toilet paper holder, mirror,etc. "

"Had a great experience at the Courtyard Boston Billerica/Bedford. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They were kind enough to offer us an early check-in, which was amazing and very appreciated. "Small and bare bones, but fantastic for crashing after a night at a nearby sporting event! Room was old, but everything was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant and it was nearby plenty of restaurants for dinner."

"Great hotel that is newly built. Stayed in a single king room that was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen in the room with the exception of a stove/oven but they said burners could be available. Breakfast was good with a modest offering of hot and cold options."

"Expedia advertised place as having a hot tub, which turned out to be false. Gentleman at the front desk says it was removed 12 years ago, and Expedia has repeatedly been notified but has yet to remove claim. This is unacceptable, and would not have stayed here if aware. Room was clean enough but bathroom fixtures were stained. Place currently undergoing renovations, hope will improve once complete. "

"As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried. The room had some dust inside which needs to be taken care as well."

"I stayed for one night because the other hotel I booked had overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. The first room the staff gave me had trash bags and bags full of stuff. It looked like they gave me somebody else’s room then at one in the morning, someone opened my room door up and startled me out of my sleep. That was a very scary experience. Then I took a shower. The bathtub did not drain properly and put the icing on the cake. There were stains on every towel in the room. I won’t be back."

"So the breakfast lacked protein like bacon or sausage and came with powdered eggs….it was kinda gross but if you can actually eat waffles you can make your own so that’s good. The room was new and clean but the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. I got over it and the staff was good. I would recommend if your just looking for a bed and hot shower."

The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered.
