Great hotel in a nice area. They have some kinks that need to be worked out, but overall a great new hotel (Parking gate wouldn’t work properly and issues with the thermostat in the room). Nice, new spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

The hotel seemed relatively new, with very helpful staff and a nice location. Three complaints: 1. No room-darkening blinds, so the sun woke me both mornings at 5:45/6 am. 2. The rooms aren’t carpeted, which at first we liked, until we could hear every little tiptoe from the person above us. 3. The $30 per night parking charge seems completely egregious. This is not downtown Chicago. I was aware of the charge before booking, but still dismayed to see how unnecessary it seemed once we arrived.

My boyfriend and I called to see about early check in. We had been up all night at the hospital to see about his dad. The lady at the front desk said we could check in right away. She was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very big and clean.
