Loved everything about this place. Felt like I had my own 1 bedroom Apt in the heart of Nashville. Located just 1 mile away from the chaos so you can enjoy some peace and quiet however equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time solo or bonding with others.

Friendly staff and room was clean and well furnished and maintained. The only negative I have was with their parking app. I’m not too tech savvy but you had to pick your parking space before entering the garage… you may have been able to change it once inside but I got lucky and the spot I picked worked well enough for me. Will stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and well organize. Located about 10 minutes (walk) from Broadway. Very sage, well-lit roads. Safe parking - there is free parking on the street right in front of building - holds 10-15 cars - why don't they advertise this? Highly recommend this apartment.

The building was ok. A little further away than we thought from downtown. Staff were helpful. Check in was a hassle, got in late and the system couldn’t find our reservation. Thank goodness a staff member came in and helped us. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is amazing. My apartment was nice. The only complaint is the furniture needs to be cleaned and the kitchen chairs were on there last leg. We didn’t sit in them because they would have broke.

We enjoyed our stay, for the most part. Unfortunately, throughout our entire, our unit had a horrible smell that we couldn't figure out nor find the cause of. We believe the smell was related to the laundry machines that were in room. There was also a shortage on towels that many others complained about. The property is beautiful and very modern. The pool was a high-light.
