"The staff was amazing and accommodated the large amount of people staying for the ice storm. They were all in good spirits, despite having limited staff. The rooms were nice and clean. "Sheraton went above and beyond in making my family and I’s stay amazing. We stayed from Tuesday-Saturday due to being displaced due from the ice storm in Nashville. Everyday we were met with smiles, good food, quick service, and clean rooms (upon request). Even amongst all the people staying there, we never felt neglected.The bartenders were fantastic and made it a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Highly recommend staying here for any situation "

I told the lady at the front desk on 1/12 about the move and she put a little package together for me. It was really nice. The staff was, also, helpful giving me thoughts of where to live. "We stayed here during a severe ice storm, and when we arrived the power was out. Despite the circumstances, the front desk staff was absolutely incredible. We watched them manually check in every guest and personally walk each person to their room. Even though it took some time for the keys to be programmed, the staff remained patient, helpful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. It was clear they were doing everything possible to take care of guests under very challenging conditions....
