"Stayed 2 nights and Hotel was nice overall. Room safe didn’t work. Needed batteries replaced so I asked front desk if they could replace. Requires a screw driver to remover battery cover. Front desk said they would let someone know and we left for the evening. When we returned still wasn’t working. ..."
