"Older hotel, but well maintained and very clean. This hotel is not for everybody. If you want a five star luxury hotel go somewhere else. This place is for the traveler on a budget. Food is good, rooms are clean and the beach is beautiful. Most staff are friendly and helpful. This was my sixth time visiting Breezes and I definitely plan to go again."
"We really didn't like the facility in the room. The bathroom knob just came off. House keeping was scheduled to come once in 3 nights I believe. Upon multiple request they sent the house keeping on second day to replace the towels. I mean a hotel which is at the beach is expected to have constant towel replacement and cleaning considering the guest requirements and visits to the beach. We didn't like the staff at all. There was no friendly or warm gestures. It was borderline arrogance. We weren't happy with the room and the staff. What we likes is the property and its amenities. They were clean and nice. Multiple pools and the beach were really beautiful. The water park was amazing. That's about it. Restaurants were very expensive with average taste."
"Staff is nice and property is well maintained.
Now for everything else
1) The worst shuttle services I have ever experienced. The shuttle was almost 2 hours late, and I think they only came because my mom called them (my cell service was not working so I was unable to call). This made me feel very unsafe and anxious as a solo female traveler. Book a private shuttle through viator or arrange for a taxi but NEVER through this hotel. They offered no compensation or anything for this. Terrible.
2) My room did not have a do not disturb placard like the other rooms, which normally wouldn't be a problem BUT the cleaning staff kept taking my towels that were HANGING UP when they were only supposed to take towels on the ground. Then I had to request new towels each time which took 1-2 HOURS. The towels were always warm so I am guessing the hotel does not have enough towels, so they have wash them before they can replace any of them.
3) There is a shack near the pool the serves snacks and drinks that is supposed to open until 7 pm. It's not advertised but they stop serving food at 5 pm. Luckily the kind staff still made me food after 5 pm. HOWEVER, when there was a change in staff, no one was there after 4 pm and it was randomly closed at 5 pm. Nearby restaurants charge like 33% more for already overpriced drinks.
4) My room partially flooded after a storm and it took about an hour for the staff to start cleaning and an hour to finish. Couldn't sleep in or relax like I planned."
"Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and easy access to shops, dining and attractions. We enjoyed the private beach and pools with towel service and great views of cruise ships arriving/departing daily. They also have karaoke night on Wednesdays and a live jazz band on Thursdays. Had a wonderful stay!"
"We recently stayed at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
During the last two nights of our stay, both my partner and I developed multiple bites that were consistent with bed bug bites. We documented the bites with photos after returning home. This was especially frustrating because we were already dealing with severe sunburn, and instead of being able to rest comfortably, we continued to wake up with new itchy bites.
In addition to the hygiene issue, our overall experience was below expectations for a four-star resort:
* The in-room phone could not reliably connect to the front desk.
* Our first dining experience at Vacation Cafe was very poor. While most of the charge was eventually refunded, it left a bad impression from the start.
* When we experienced significant sunburn and discomfort, there was little practical guidance or support available from the hotel.
The most disappointing part was the hotel’s lack of response after we reported the issue through Expedia. The hotel did not provide a meaningful response to Expedia regarding our complaint.
On the positive side, Expedia’s customer service was excellent. Although the hotel was unresponsive, Expedia stepped in and issued a refund directly. I truly appreciate Expedia for taking responsibility and resolving the situation professionally.

"Nice place, room, good staff service for the most part. SUPER expensive though so be prepared to spend about an extra $500/day for 2 people to eat and drink. Couldn’t have a meal for less than $100. Some great food but overall it was just ok. "
