"The Hyatt Place in downtown Albany was our pit stop on the way to Tanglewood. Don’t stay in the expensive Berkshires- stay here! 30- 40 minutes to Lenox Ma. Great room, better than average breakfast, coffee in room, and a most incredible staff member this morning that greeted us warmly and walked us to breakfast. A Navy Vet that served our country in not so safe areas of the world- he’s the best of Hyatt anywhere. You have to pay to park but inexpensive options compared to major cities. Downtown Albany needs some love - but the Hyatt Place downtown is a gem close to the convention center. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the warmest staff member you should be so lucky to meet."

"Very nice and helpful staff. Noise level is not to high with the highway nearby except when there’s some moron revving. I will definitely go there again. Only thing I would change if I was the owner is lower the level 2 charger price. It was 40¢/kWh. Level 2 should be 25-40¢ maximum."

"I totally enjoyed my stay at this Hilton Garden. The quiet, beautiful landscape outside was refreshing. The room was very clean though the carpets definitely need replacing due to being worn out and stained. The airport shuttle was outstanding. My room faced the front of the building and I enjoyed all the trees surrounding the area. This location is right across from the airport, but with the beautiful forest of trees 🌳 and tranquility it was very perfect. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was excellent with fantastic food. I will definitely stay there again."
