"This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again."

"Everything was great with room. I had a one night stay june 20th on our drive back to tampa. I was super sick and traveling alone with my 14 year old son. Both the desk people checking in and out were extremely friendly and helpful especially when checking in. I was a mess! My only small complaint is that when my son went down in the morning to get me some dry toast and him some eggs the person in the dining area was visibly perturbed that he came down 10 minutes prior to it closing. "Not sure why this place is rated so low. My husband and I had a great stay the staff always said good morning and smiled. The room had ac, coffee, a microwave, a giant bed, a fantastic and clean shower along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! They had an option for breakfast (we unfortunately didn’t have any and ate out) but I’m sure it was great too. Absolutely no complaints and I’d stay here 100 times more."
