A equipe de funcionários foram atenciosos. Quartos em boas condições de limpeza. Ar condicionado com algumas falhas, desligando sozinho algumas vezes. Bom café da manhã. A localização é ótima. Recomendo! O preço da diária estava condizente nas datas que fiz a reserva. Pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Tive uma boa experiência. A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é bom, com variedade e sabor. O banheiro estava ok, embora o teto tivesse um aspecto de mofo, mas nada que comprometesse ou desaprovasse a estadia. Um ponto a considerar é a quantidade de escadas, que pode ser um pouco cansativa dependendo da necessidade de cada pessoa. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem.

Infelizmente nao tive uma boa experiencia. Quarto com cheiro muito forte de mofo, café da manhã não é grandes coisas, hotel em sim com péssima conservação, ar condicionado passa a impressão que nao tem manutencao. Tudo muito mal conservado. A unica coisa que salva é a equipe da recepção que faz de tudo pra ajudar e tentar driblar a situação. Mas é perceptível que a gerência/diretoria do hotel nao faz por onde em melhorar o local.

Então, a Rede de hotel Andrade , tem por costume ser um hotel com custo benefício bom. Porém não se atenta aos cuidados das dependência e quartos. Sempre dizendo que está em reformas , só que nunca acaba. Os trabalhadores excelentes em Atendimentos , o café da manhã bom. Agora o quarto que ficamos 104, guarda-roupa quebrado. O frigobar muito velho, a tv mal direcionada. As torneiras pingando. E a parte de fora cheios de entulhos. Muita poeira!!! Já fui nos dois Bello Maré e o Bello maré confort. Todos os dois. Não acho que e 3 estrelas. Não vou mais!! Muita suada de madrugada e ninguém diz nada. Piscina tudo liberado. A zoada e infernal.

Boa tarde. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, apesar do quarto estar limpo. Ar-condicionado simplesmente parou de funcionar na segunda diária, por volta das 00h00, recepcionista ofereceu um ventilador?!
