O apartamento está muito bem localizado, possui uma linda vista do morro careca. O condomínio é bonito, tem uma piscina muito boa. A cama da suíte é terrível, foram 3 noites muito mal dormidas, acordava no meio da noite com dor nas costas ou com braço formigando. Faltam itens básicos para o apartamento, não tem varal e fez muita falta, não tinha nenhum pano de prato, tivemos que comprar para suprir a necessidade. O apartamento tem apenas 2 cadeiras sempre alguém tinha que comer em pé e também a sala do ap fica muito quente pois não tem ar-condicionado.

Gostei muito do apartamento, nos deu uma vista privilegiada da Ponta Negra e muita comodidade. Ter dois quartos e dois banheiros é um conforto muito bem vindo! Sugestão: poderiam deixar itens como sal, açúcar e óleo no armário, porque são os básicos pra cozinhar qualquer coisa… acabamos optando por fazer todas as refeições fora, senão teríamos que comprar essas coisinhas.

O apartamento é incrível, do jeitinho que está anunciado, o proprietário (Luciano) é muito gentil e atencioso. Só achei o colchão da cama de casal da suíte um pouco desconfortável. O ar condicionado é ótimo, chuveiros excelentes, cozinha equipada, TV com vários canais. Ah, acho que seria legal colocar rede de proteção na sacada e janelas.
