Faltou fazer limpeza no filtro do ar condicionado, quarto com cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe de atendimento excelente. Melhorar o local da botoeira do portão da garagem para abertura . Hotel bem localizado, precisando de uma grande reforma na area da piscina.

Hotel em reformas, más terá muito trabalho

O hotel estava em reformas, más o que vimos terá muito a organizar, infiltração no teto com mofo, portas emperrando, quarto grande más só com uma tomada, banheiro com assento solto e quebrado, café da manhã com poucas variedades. Espero que consigam melhorar rápido, pois a localização era muito boa

Tudo péssimo/ tudo horrível

Faltou luz por uns 30 minutos, eu pedi cobertor( que todo hotel tem) e eles não tinham, me deram lençóis e quando eu questionei que tinha pedido cobertor, o recepcionista foi bem grosso e me respondeu: - pois sim, não tem! Use o lençol que é o que tem. O café da manhã não tem nada a ver com a foto que o site mostra, os frios são de péssimas qualidades. A piscina tem acesso para a rua, qualquer um da rua pode entrar, pois não tem segurança nem nada. O chão estava pregando de mal limpo. Os colchões nem se fala, as molas vc sente todas Enfim, precisa de um capricho melhor e maior. Controle da tv não funciona, o interfone tbm não. Se quisesse falar com a recepção ou eu descia lá ou ligava do meu celular particular. O tamanho do quarto família era bom, mas só isso. Arrependidissima! Não volto e não recomendo

Um dos piores que já me hospedei!!!

Péssimo em todos os aspectos. Quando cheguei não havia pano para o chão do banheiro. O Chuveiro com vários buracos de água entupidos. A cama de "casal" são duas camas de solteiro muito mal "juntadas" O Café da manhã é terrível! Mamão maduro demais ou verde. Bananas passadas. O recipiente de Ceral com a chave de dosagem quebrada. Aquele cerel deve estar lá há séculos.
