The hotel deservedly won architectural awards for its forward looking eco-friendly design that enables the hotel to retain 58% of the incident sunlight in a climate in which this is a highly desirable feature. The staff were friendly and the food was outstanding. "

"Bories was a little slice of heaven - Carlos and Cristina are amazing hosts that make you feel like family, and the guest house and property are stunning! We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. The rooms with the view are 100% worth it. Carlos was also super helpful organizing tours and excursions for us that were all fantastic! "
