We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good

Pros: Courteous Staff Extremely comfortable bed & pillows Cons: Property needs some attention Elevator needs some touching up and cleaning Workers sitting out front smoking and drinking beer - gave the hotel a low end look I stay at IHG hotels often. I did not get the feeling this was a IHG Property. More like a Quality Inn or Super 8.

The first room we checked into still had someone in it. The second room we checked into none of the power along the head of the beds worked. The other side of the room the plugs were falling out of the wall. The third room that we finally moved to worked fine. With all of the issues the manager was very helpful.

A/C was not reliable and noisy in temp control. Kept it between 73 and it was freezing or on 75 where it was stuffy and hot… it was weird. Staff was crazy busy with large groups but soooo nice and everything was really clean. The food issue is the gray steamed sausage patties and mostly gray sausage links… needs much more browning…

It is close to the interstate with access to gas stations and food close by. Parking lot at night was a little "interesting" but no trouble in the room and it was well cleaned and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Some of the employers didn't no how to work the computer on the check in and out cause they were double charging customers .Dont no if they were having trouble with the system or they might need a little more training but other than that it was a nice stay
