"We loved this hotel. We felt extremely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a great lunch on the patio before checking in, then had a great Fondue dinner inside after hiking the Panorama trail (the highlight of our entire trip). Breakfast was excellent as well. "The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again."

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."
