Anyway after 15 minutes a lady appeared and we checked in. Then to find our apartment was another story ..."

"Upon arrival reception was very pleasant & helpful. But at 2 am someone else attempted to enter the room using a second key , saying he booked it also . Key number was the same . If the safety chain was not connected he would have got all the way into the room , with me asleep in bed . Reception ..."

"The kitchen was well equipped, the room was clean, the bathroom was amazing and the staff had left the heater on for me so when I arrived the cabin was lovely and warm. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great stay."
