There was also a balance on my account upon checking out that the clerk couldn’t figure out. I prepaid for the room so there shouldn’t have been a charge. But they did move us to a different room because we had our service dog with us."

"We loved this property for the views even though it was off the beaten path. The two issues we encountered were that breakfast service started at 8am (when we wanted to be on the road earlier), and the bathrooms in the lower bedrooms of the Annex were very small (think cruise-sized) and the shower fixture was difficult to figure out, which caused us to have hot water hitting us before we determined how it worked."

"Breakfast was a total disappointment, coffee cold and you have to ask staff for everything because there is nothing available. We are happy to hear they are remodeling the hotel, hopefully we go back to see the finished work, we got a lake view and we enjoyed the view."
