"Do not book this property. Has not been a hotel since the beginning of 2005. Bad show Expedia, I expected better."

"We loved ot here and i have nothing bad to say about it the service was 100% the breakfast was great and even when we arrived and we couldn't open our window nothing was to.much trouble and he just got on and did it me and my other half are definitely going to make coming here a regular thing amd the afternoon tea was excellent thank you and see you again soon "

"Old building with lots of character. We had a lovely room, with an original door. There were plenty of plug and usb sockets. Be mindful the property is on a main road so have traffic noise. I thought earplugs with me. Carolina was the perfect host and made us welcome, a real credit to the property. We prebooked breakfast for both days, it came out right on time and was delicious. We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Alina & Steve "

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Katherine and Terry was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of choice at breakfast time they made sure you never left hungry 😊 spacious room with super king bed the best bed I’ve slept in for a while. Definitely be returning again in the future. "Lovely bed & breakfast. The Tea Room Owner is extremely welcoming and friendly. Shown to a very spacious double room, clean & comfortable. Had a great nights sleep, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in the Tea Room, great choice, quality ingredients cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend "
