"Fantastically placed for utilita arena where we enjoyed a concert. 3 minute walk back to the hotel. Super comfy beds (we shared a twin bed room (2 x doubles) - kettle/beverages & complimentary water 😊 Breakfast was ok. Good choice of food offering but coffee machine ran out of certain drinks & we needed to catch a train so couldn’t really hang around too long for it to get replenished. Would stay again"

"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, bar was well stocked, overall nice stay. Only didn’t give 5 stars as it doesn’t have parking and they took an additional £30 hold on my card which is standard but they’ve still not yet paid it back to me."

"Good location and great that WiFi and breakfast is included; however, the toilet in the room wouldn’t flush properly. There were holes in the curtains and there was stuff stuck in the carpet. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. I probably would stay here again but compared to the last time I stayed, I think it’s gone down hill a bit."

"The room was excellent. Everything was clean and spacious. I loved using the steam room and swimming pool. Itwas wonderfully quiet on Friday evening. On Sunday the opposite as there was a baby swimming session going on. Amusing and fun to watch however. And still there was a swimming lane clear The swimming area was not as clean as the rooms but I would definitely come here again anyway."
