"The staff was nice, accommodating, and friendly. The air conditioning didn't work and so I called down to change rooms and she said something on the phone but I couldn't understand her because she had a strong accent. I went downstairs and she said by the time we go upstairs t air conditioning will be running like I said on the phone. So we went upstairs to get a new room but they gave us a room where someone was already in it, but then the air conditioner was working. The next day it stopped working before our checkout. Supposedly they have some sort of timer where it doesn't turn on unless you've been checked in and it takes maybe 15 minutes after you've opened the room before the air conditioning will turn off. There was a rip in our sheets but they decided to keep the sheets on anyway. The eggs in the breakfast were warm not hot and the cinnamon rolls were cold and hard. We had to ask for syrup and it seems like they were overwhelmed in keeping up with the buffet. It was nice enough and we had plenty to eat. The room was clean. The shower didn't have much pressure and it wasn't hot. There's no swimming pool or hot tub. The TV was smart enough to where I could do screen sharing and watch what I wanted rather than the cable that's provided. It was not a smart TV though with login abilities. There was a nice refrigerator in the room, ice around the corner, but no microwave. The lobby was nice and you could sit in there if you'd like. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place."

"We checked in for two reserved nights and at the time of check in I asked if we could reserve the room for an extra night and check out on Monday instead of Sunday. I was told we could and that it was all set up. So Sunday we went about our morning as planned and much to my dismay I get a phone call shortly after noon asking why we had not removed our things and we did not request a late check out either. So I told the lady that we indeed did reserve the room for another night and we were told so when we checked in. She told me again that we had not and asked me who I checked in with like it was my fault they made a mistake and took no accountability what so ever for their error. We were over half an hour away and had to leave the event to go get our things. To say I was pissed off is an understatement. I do not recommend and will not come back to this property due to the unprofessional way this was handled."

"The place is nice and staff, just not enough parking to park drove about 30 min to find parking very frustrating . The pool is very small. Also we called front desk to see if we can use a microwave we were told no but that we can have one for 20.00 not customer care at all . Other than that it’s nice. I will stick to the location in Bradenton Beach."
